Its mission is dedicated to the economic empowerment of African American communities and small businesses in Beaufort County.

History & Overview of the Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce

The Beaufort County Black Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1999 with the goal of providing opportunities, products and educational programming for emerging professionals and entrepreneurs to expand their networks and increase their personal wealth. It has since grown into a multi-million dollar organization that takes seriously its dedication to the economic empowerment of African American communities and small businesses. Its Board of Directors meets on the first Tuesday of every month, and the public is welcomed to attend.
